Cancellation & Refund Policy

One-Time Classes, Events & Workshops

 

If the organizer cancels

• Cancelled: Full refund

• Rescheduled: You may choose a full refund or transfer your registration to the new date.

 

If you cancel

• 7 or more days before the event: Full refund

• Less than 7 days before the event: Refunds are not available.

• If you are unable to attend: You may transfer your registration to a family member or friend. Please contact us in advance with their name.

• No-shows: Refunds are not available.

 

Multi-Session Programs

 

If the organizer cancels

• Cancelled before the program begins: Full refund

• Rescheduled: You may choose a full refund or transfer your registration to the new dates.

• If an individual session is cancelled or rescheduled: A replacement session will be provided.

 

If you cancel

• 14 or more days before the first session: 90% refund

• Less than 14 days before the first session: 50% refund

• After the program begins: Refunds are not available.

 

Requesting a Refund
 

Please email us before the applicable deadline to request a cancellation or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
